Buying a home for the first time has been one of those experiences that we knew we just had to jump into with both feet and get very wet! Choosing Alan as a mortgage broker was an easy decision for us, as we have known him for years to be a very trustworthy, reliable, and caring person. Those characteristics as a family friend undoubtedly carried over to his profession as a mortgage broker. Subsequent to the purchase of our home, Alan has continued to work for our benefit, keeping us abreast of developments in interest rates, and always being there to answer our questions, and give us advice that we have found to be very sound indeed. So while this milestone experience of buying our first home could have been very stressful and confusing, we have managed to stay high and dry for the most part, thanks to Alan, who has made it a smooth process from start to finish.
