When we went looking for a mortgage we approached a few of the big banks that we had been dealing with for years for our regular banking issues. It just never felt right, they didn't seem to have the time to answer our concerns, it felt rushed. Alan is very knowledgeable in the mortgage business and easy to talk to as well as has a good sense of humor.
