Step 1

Complete an online application which takes less than 10 minutes to do and populates through to us via a secure server. We will secure you a mortgage pre-approval. This will protect you against rising rates for between 60 and 120 days and will infrom you of the conditions that you will need to satisfy once you have an accepted offer.  This step will clarify the mortgage amount that you will qualify for.

Step 2

Once you have an accepted offer we shall convert your pre-approval into a firm deal and then work towards removing your subjects in a structured and orderly fashion.  It could well be that at this time we may switch to another lender and this will all depend on who is offering the best rate and product.

Step 3

Once we have a firm mortgage commitment, this would be an opportune time to meet with you at a time and venue convenient for you.  At this time we shall explain all your mortgage options to you so that you will be well positioned to make an informed decision as to which product and structure best suits your specific financial needs.   We will give you all the necessary guidance along the way.
